The agreement between you and Homequarter for using the service. Short on purpose; the privacy policy says what happens to your data.
Homequarter ("hq") holds a business's context — the systems it runs, its people, its connections and its processes — so an agent can act on it for the people of that business. It is provided by Dropseed, LLC. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where you set a business up, on that business's behalf.
When you connect a tool — Google, QuickBooks, an API or an MCP server — you authorize Homequarter to act on it within the access you and your admins have set, and you confirm you are allowed to connect that account. Your use of the tool itself stays under the tool provider's own terms. Disconnecting a tool deletes the credential Homequarter held for it.
hq's answers are generated by a language model and can be wrong. It acts only within the access it has been given, and everything it does with a business's tools is recorded in that business's activity ledger — but you are responsible for what you ask it to do and for checking what matters. Do not rely on it for legal, tax, financial or medical decisions without a person checking.
Don't use Homequarter to break the law, to get at data or systems you aren't entitled to, to send unsolicited mail, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it. We may suspend an account or a business that does.
Where a plan has a fee, it is what the plan page says when you choose it. We will tell you before a fee changes.
You can leave a business or ask for your account or a whole business to be removed at any time, and we will do it. We may end the service with reasonable notice, or at once for a breach of these terms.
Homequarter is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and our liability to you for anything arising from it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions go to [email protected].
